SERVICE

pre loading/discharge surveys

The survey includes visual inspection of holds and hatch covers to ensure the vessel’s cargo-worthiness before loading. If defects are found, loading is halted until repairs are verified and approved. The inspection may also cover the cargo stockyard, assessing cargo and storage conditions.

Our surveyors monitor loading, lashing, and securing operations to confirm the cargo’s condition. We assist the Master in properly clausing Mate’s Receipts and Bills of Lading. A detailed report with recommendations and supporting photos is provided.

on/off hire condition

Our surveyors are capable to carry out condition and bunker surveys during delivery and re-delivery of the vessels. To ascertain quantity of the cargoes to be loaded or discharged by draft surveys conducting by our competent surveyors. To ascertain quantity of the bunkers (FO/DO) to be supplied by bunker surveys conducting by our competent surveyors.

We can also inspect the cargo holds and hatch covers prior to loading operation in order to determine the structural damages in cargo holds at the time of on hire and off hire. Issuing of bunker survey report and detailed on/off hire condition report together with documents and representative photos.

valuation surveys

We can conduct pre-purchase and valuation surveys on behalf of any concerned parties for all size and type of the vessel. Pre-purchase and valuation surveys include inspections of the vessel’s structural and watertight integrity, system’s installations, operation condition, as well as performance and fire-fighting equipment together with documentation.

Each item could be inspected thoroughly depending on the condition of ships and/or the request of a customer. A detailed report is provided with the recommendations and supporting documents including photos.

cargo warranty surveys

Our surveyors have expertise to carry out supervisions of project cargo during loading/discharging from/to vessels at port and to/from trucks at ports and warehouses. During the subject survey, we also inspect & check the conveniences of the lashing materials for the cargo & transportation means.

Additionally, we monitor lashing/securing operations and give advices for the proper lashing/securing of the cargo. Cargo operation during cargo operation and a detailed report is provided along with the supporting documents including photos.

We offer damage surveys by the hull, systems, or any part on the vessel. Our expert surveyors will come on board to report information on the probable causes of the damage, recommendations on repairs, and estimates for the costs for such work.
